We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Representative with a passion for fitness, particularly Pilates, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys connecting with others, understands their needs, and can offer tailored Pilates class solutions.

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their fitness needs, and offering our client’s Pilates classes. This role requires a strong sales approach, quick thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively present and sell Pilates offerings. Your passion for fitness will help you connect with clients and offer the best solutions to fit their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Outreach:
• Proactively call potential clients to understand their fitness goals and requirements.
• Offer tailored Pilates class solutions to meet individual needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge about Pilates and fitness.
• Sales & Lead Generation:
• Identify potential leads and convert inquiries into Pilates class sign-ups.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by driving client enrollments through personalized outreach.
• Track and manage all client interactions and progress through a CRM system.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients professionally.
• Provide detailed information on Pilates offerings, class structures, and membership options.
• Market Awareness:
• Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and understand the unique benefits of Pilates.
• Leverage your fitness enthusiasm to engage clients and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about Pilates and/or fitness, with a strong understanding of the industry.
• Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, confident, and quick in reaching out to potential clients and understanding their needs.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
