Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in NICE CXone to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for testing, validating, and ensuring the quality of our customer experience solutions built on the NICE CXone platform. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to identify issues and ensure high-quality, seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for NICE CXone implementations and integrations.

Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, performance, and system testing on the CXone platform.

Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues using defect tracking tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, and product managers) to gather requirements and understand system functionality.

Perform API testing for integrations with CXone and third-party systems, ensuring all components work as intended.

Conduct testing of call flows, reporting, IVR configurations, and workforce management within NICE CXone.

Automate test cases where applicable using relevant QA automation tools.

Participate in code reviews and ensure alignment with quality assurance best practices.

Provide clear and concise documentation of test results and QA metrics to stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with NICE CXone features, updates, and QA methodologies to ensure a forward-thinking approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on NICE CXone or other contact center platforms.

Strong understanding of NICE CXone features, including IVR, ACD, WFM, and Analytics.

Experience with manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.

Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) for CXone integrations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Experience in writing and executing SQL queries to validate data and reporting.
