Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the fit-out construction of a healthcare facility. You will be responsible for managing all phases of the project from start to finish, ensuring that quality standards, budgetary guidelines, and timelines are met. This role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and healthcare professionals to ensure that all elements of the build meet regulatory and design requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering fit-out projects, particularly in healthcare or similarly complex environments.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring smooth progress and coordination among teams.
• Ensure all work complies with healthcare design standards, safety codes, and regulations.
• Oversee and manage the project budget, procurement, and delivery of materials.
• Address challenges and delays, providing timely solutions to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and execution.

• Expertise in managing fit-out projects from initiation to completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience managing fit-out construction projects, preferably in healthcare or institutional sectors.
• Solid understanding of healthcare facility requirements, fit-out standards, and relevant building codes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
