What You'll Be Doing

Develop and Implement Operational Strategies:

Craft and execute operational plans that align with our growth goals.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce best practices.


Optimise and Standardise Processes:

Analyse current workflows to spot inefficiencies or bottlenecks.

Standardise procedures to ensure consistency and scalability across all departments.


Coordinate Teams:

Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Facilitate effective communication between marketing, sales, admin, and account management teams.


Plan and Prepare for Scalability:

Assess resource requirements and plan for future needs to support our scaling efforts.

Implement scalable systems and technologies that boost productivity and efficiency.


Ensure Quality Assurance:

Oversee that all client deliverables meet our high-quality standards.

Work closely with the account manager to maintain exceptional client satisfaction.


Monitor and Report Performance:

Establish and keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational activities.

Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on operational performance.


Manage Risk and Compliance:

Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.


Oversee Budgeting and Cost Management:

Assist in managing operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource use.

Collaborate with finance to forecast operational expenses.


Coordinate Projects:
