Responsible for capturing, organizing, and inputting all new bid information into the system. This role also involves creating and managing digital folders, downloading and compiling other admin related documents into the correct folders for efficient access and organization.

Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000

The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9pm - 6am

The Responsibilities:

  • Capture and accurately input all new bid information into the company's tracking or management systems.
  • Perform market research.
  • Provide customer service as the first point of contact.
  • Manage a contact list.
  • Develop accurate and compelling quotations based on client specifications.
  • Ensure timely and professional delivery of quotations to clients.
  • Communicate product benefits aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain an accurate record of bid information, ensuring all data is up to date and easily retrievable.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure all necessary bid documents are received, organized, and accessible for project teams.
  • Create and organize folders for each bid project, ensuring that all relevant documents are downloaded and properly stored.


The Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 1-3 years experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
  • Proficient in data entry and document handling.
  • Has some knowledge in countertops/luxury/commercial/residential industry.
  • Excellent phone, email, and messaging communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
