The GOOD People Network is a creative agency working with some of the most dynamic brands in the world. We are looking for an AV Editor for our client Netflix Philippines’ social channels.

Netflix is one of the world’s leading entertainment services with 278 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

Our Netflix Philippines social channels seek a vibrant, creative AV Editor to help create best-in-class video assets for the brand. This role requires experience in AV content production and post-production, ensuring all assets adhere to brand guidelines and standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in low-touch video edits, developing repeatable formats, and working on Adobe Photoshop to create title cards, supers, and graphics. Proficiency in motion graphics is preferred. The role involves managing workflows between internal and external production partners, localizing global assets, and supporting AV strategy within the broader Editorial Creative strategy. Additionally, the AV Editor will actively participate in daily brainstorming, conceptualizing AV formats, and contributing to creative shoot concepts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Creative self-starter. Take ownership in creating and shaping best-in-class AV assets, aligned with Netflix Philippines’ editorial and creative strategy.
  • Production hat on. Expect to dip your toes in productions: from low-touch captures to full-blown campaign shoots, from ideation to post-production.
  • Brand champion. Perform quality checks and localization on AV assets, making sure it’s up to Netflix Philippines’ brand standards and adheres to industry-leading creative practices.
  • Collaborator. Work with the PH-based Newsroom to use creative-led insight for social programming.

What we need from you:

  • 2-3 years experience working as a Video Editor as part of a communications or marketing team, or in an editorial department.
  • Deep knowledge of pop culture and is passionate about entertainment and all things movies and TV shows.
  • Highly organized
  • Proficiency in editing tools, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaborate with the wider team.
