We are a growing family business that requires the services of an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative.

The primary role of this position will be to manage customer inquiries including order tracking, order related issues/inquiries, returns, refunds, and sales support as needed.

Experience managing and tracking orders in Shopify and using Zendesk or a similar system for ticket management is essential.

Starting pay is $1,200/month USD with the opportunity to increase this based on successful work.

If you do not have direct experience utilizing Zendesk or a similar solution and managing orders within Shopify please DO NOT APPLY for this position. We will know very quickly if you do not.

Employment will start with a one month trial period to test your suitability.
