We are a visa assistance center based in Makati, Philippines that caters tourist, medical and business visa to PH passport and visa holders. We process these types of visas to all listed visa required countries. As the Company grows, we need Operations Assistant (WFH) to help us for the following.

Responsibilities:

1. Will be responsible for assisting the operations team.

3. Accompany client/s to the embassy/biometrics appointment and pick up their passport/s whenever ready at the application/courier centers.

4. Maintain a positive relationship with colleagues and clients.

5. Ensures that client needs are understood and will be well taken care of.

7. Creates itineraries, hotel bookings, cover letters and others that are necessary for the visa application.

8. Will help in creating social media postings (video/announcements/graphics)

9. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. With at least 1 year of experience in Operations and Marketing

2. Willingness to travel to our office or embassies or visa application centers when deemed necessary.

3. Experience in the travel industry or visa application is a PLUS.

4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

5. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent active listening skills.

7. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others, within the company and externally.

8. Understanding of clients behaviors.

9. Can work independently.

10. Have a laptop and stable internet access.

11. Can start ASAP and is available at least 20 hours per week.

This part-time employment is considered as probationary period and can be a full-time depending on your performance.
