About This Job

The Trade Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting trading operations functions within Security and Clearing business.

The Analyst is expected to perform transactional processing where required. Responsible for coordinating directly with onshore partners to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met. Other responsibilities may arise as part of our ever-evolving work environment.

  • Interact with clients, trading desks and other stakeholders to support end to end trading operations.
  • Perform front-to-back reconciliation of transactions related to trading.
  • Perform account updates through internal systems accurately.
  • Identify and research operational issues and discrepancies and escalate to leadership.
  • Collaborate with global teams and out manage the process risks on a day-to-day basis.
  • Take initiative to participate in, and manage special projects and assignments that align to departmental and firm goals
  • Analyze information to ensure high level of quality
  • Maintain a high degree of regulatory compliance and escalate any potential risk
  • Analyze billing and coordinate with clients on the preferred settlement method
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes, technology platforms, and risk management frameworks
