The candidate for this position will excel at accuracy and validity of lead information. By using a consultative approach to verification information, this person will use their expertise to communicate with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
· Making Outbound Calls: Reaching out to potential or existing customers to offer products or services.
· Handling Inbound Calls: Responding to customer inquiries or requests for information.
· Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving sales goals set by the company through effective phone sales.
· Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
· Providing Product Information: Explaining product features,
and pricing, and answering customer questions.
· Overcoming Objections: Addressing concerns or hesitations from potential customers to close sales.
· Processing Sales: Recording customer information and processing transactions accurately.
· Following Up with Leads: Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to upsell additional products.
· Keeping Records: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback using CRM software.
· Team Collaboration: Working with other sales team members to share leads, insights, and strategies.
· Handling Customer Complaints: Managing and resolving customer complaints professionally.
· Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, sales strategies, and any promotional offers.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years BPO experience - outbound calls
- Experience and working knowledge of systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
