The Lead Trainer will lead the coordination, execution, and assessment of Cisive’s engaging training programs for our technical teams. This role will have a strong background in stakeholder collaboration, planning, delegating, and executing programs, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Partnerships:
  • Participate in regular stakeholder touchpoints to identify skill gaps, conduct needs analysis, and make training recommendations.
  • Partner with the L&OD Director to ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
  • Conduct training analysis and share results with stakeholders.
  • Keep ahead of organizational updates to forecast training needs.
  • Team Management:
  • Delegate and schedule training classes.
  • Manage training calendar for all global training initiatives and events.
  • Work with Training Team members to review, update, and request learning customizations based on stakeholder needs.
  • Conduct after-session analysis and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Mentor team members in areas of growth and development.
  • Learner Experience Design:
  • Work in collaboration with the instructional designer to review and optimize Cisive learning experiences that incorporate instructor-led training, assessments, interactive components, and retention resources.
  • Training Facilitation:
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Facilitate discussions, activities, and simulations to enhance learner engagement and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree in instructional design, education or related field preferred.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Proven experience in curriculum coordination, design, and assessment.
  • Certification in leadership and training facilitation preferred.
  • Experience in the technology industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
