The Role

Sales Planning Engineer shall review & analyze the movement of sales reported by the dealers. Also Help on the dealer sales operations and activities

  • Dealer Wholes Sales Report

Processes all dealer orders submitted in form of DVO (Dealer Vehicle Order). Does initial assessment based on required customer/dealer unit specification.

  • Dealer Retail Sales Report

Provides analysis report to HMA Regarding the variances per segment on the OBP/RBP target Qty. approved forecast Qyt., and the actual retail sales Qty.

  • Hot Deal Report

Collates the hot deal application monthly and align with the retail sales report to convert hot deal applications that are already declared delivered

Provides report on the approval rate and conversion rate of hot deal application per segment

  • Market and Sales Trend Report

Provides analysis report regarding the reason of increases/decreases of sales on a specific region.

  • Dealer Assistance

Sales performances (Retail Sales and Wholesales) should be updated to their respective dealers.

Joins dealer events, campaigns, and important occasion of success by the dealers

Conduct training for new dealers and refresh old dealers about dealer operations processes

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales Engineer role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
