The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, professional, full-stack developer with a front-end focus who possesses a broad range of skills and knowledge necessary to work on and support our newest Bond MX product.

As a senior Full Stack Developer (Front-End Focused), you will be responsible for building and optimizing interactive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. You'll collaborate with designers, other developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration while delivering user-friendly and scalable solutions. This role is ideal for a developer with a strong eye for detail, a passion for great user experiences, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React and TypeScript.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn design mockups into interactive, functional features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Debug and resolve front-end issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and data services and contribute to back-end development as needed.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to peers and improving the overall code quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer focusing on front-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages and technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user experience principles.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Vite, NPM).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and the ability to work with back-end developers to integrate services.
  • Experience with state management libraries like MobX.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Node.js and Remix framework.
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Vitest and Cypress.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices for web development.
  • Experience with Ant Design or other UI component libraries.
  • Familiarity with React Native for mobile app development.
