As Recruitment Specialist you will be in-charge of the following responsibilities:
Sourcing
- Identifying and creating pipeline of potential candidates using different social media and job posting platforms ( ex: Jobstreet, LinkedIn.), referral programs and tie-up activities.
- Checking and reviewing of portfolios and resume to paper screen candidates
- Collaborating with the Hiring manager and Stakeholders to identify each job position’s requirements
- Giving exceptional candidate experience by means of assistance and updating their application status.
Interview
- Gauging candidate’s competencies using Behavioral Based Structured Interview format
- Promoting Company’s Brand image to the candidates by means of highlighting the core values and Culture of SPAVI and other brand names of it.
- Ensures compliance of the candidate in executing required items and assessment related to the recruitment process.
- Endorsing highly qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager and scheduling them for the next process
Job Offer Stage
- Preparing and Endorsing candidate’s requirement for Background Investigation and Salary Analysis
- Ensuring that the Salary Offer will be aligned with the Expected Salary of the candidate, Assessment of the Hiring Manager during the Final Interview and the budget of the department
- Discussing JO Letter and highlighting the Salary Package, Perks and Programs of the requested position
- Discussing of the Pre-employment Requirements for both Non-Negotiable and Negotiable items.
- Endorsing candidate’s profile to Onboarding and other related parties/department team.
Qualifications

- Must have graduate of Psychology, HRDM or any 4 years business course
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years experience in the in similar field
- Must be literate on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
