Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Branding Specialist to assist with marketing initiatives, event planning, and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Convert voice notes into written content (to-do lists, emails, LinkedIn posts)
  • Draft and organize emails for events, including instructions and updates
  • Assist in creating newsletters and marketing materials
  • Help plan and manage workflows for events
  • Support content creation and editing to maintain the client’s voice
  • Research potential speaking engagements and partnership opportunities
  • Handle light video editing tasks (e.g., adding captions)
  • Manage project timelines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate on LinkedIn and social media content
  • Assist with basic updates on WordPress as needed

Requirements

  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Strong writing ability to reflect the client’s voice
  • Ability to turn voice notes into clear action plans or written content
  • Experience in creating content and email marketing (newsletters, participant communications)
  • Proficiency in with platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress and Zoom
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello
  • Background in event communication management
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

Hardware Requirements

  • At least a 720p HD Webcam.
  • A noise-canceling headset.
  • At least a 25mbps primary internet connection.
  • A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies.
  • Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
  • Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM

Compensation and Benefits

  • Earn a competitive hourly rate, which can be up to PHP 42,500 per month, based on experience.
