We are looking for a creative UX and Digital Designer to help us achieve our mission! If you pride yourself on your ability to understand web users’ requirements, make data-driven decisions and design creative online experiences, we want to hear from you.
You’ll have the ability to follow a business-led brief, interpreting with your knowledge and data in mind to create a seamless solution that drives conversion and ease of use. You’ll have a conversion rate optimisation mindset, a keen eye for detail and a passion for all things design.

Key Responsibilities:
Design website landing pages, online journeys, email s, apps and internal system
Create wireframes and prototypes of digital experiences
Creating simple yet effective UI concepts
Lead the strategy on split testing across our online channels
Focus on conversion rate optimisation and develop designs to hit targets
Work closely with developers and key stakeholders to ensure designs are fit for purpose and translate across platforms
Requirements:
Experience with Webflow, Sketch and Adobe
Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or related field
Proven experience in a digital design role (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of digital design and UX best practices
Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to share a professional opinion, provide and accept constructive feedback
Creative thinker with a passion for innovated design
