  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a research assistant to work at our media agency. Your work schedule will be flexible and work will be remote.

You'll be mainly tasked with:

- Research the internet to find YouTube channels and information about them and their owners.
- Putting this information on a Google Doc.
- Evaluating the YouTube channels you've found based on specified criteria.

We hire on character and personality, not on skill. We will train you to do the job in a very short time if you have the right personality.

What we expect:

- We're looking for someone who is hardworking and diligent.
- We do not care where you live or where you originally came from. But you must have decent English skills.
- You have to be coachable and care about the work you do. You will receive some training on this.

Completing the training and meeting the monthly KPIs are mandatory.

For a monthly salary of 600 US dollars, contingent on performance factors.

You will be expected to do research on the internet following our training to qualify the leads and find 3000 leads in a calendar month to get paid this monthly salary of 600 USD. This will be your KPI.

If you fail to reach the performance quota, you will be paid a reduced salary. Namely:

2500 leads, 400 USD
2000 leads, 300 USD
1200 leads, 150 USD

1200 leads are the bare minimum results you need to produce to get paid that month. Again, it is mandatory for a researcher to hit these numbers.
