Part-Time Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator
Position Overview: We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator to join our team part-time. In this role, you will support our brand and client projects through a mix of graphic design, social media content creation, and production assistance. You will be responsible for cataloging content, creating eye-catching reels and social graphics, and providing additional support as needed to ensure our content aligns with our brand and the brands of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling social media graphics, infographics, and digital assets that align with our brand and client brands.
Develop, edit, and optimize engaging video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
Assist with cataloging and organizing content for easy access and use across platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and visual aesthetics.
Provide production assistance on various content projects, including photo and video shoots, as needed.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and social media best practices to ensure fresh, innovative content.
Manage multiple design projects with attention to deadlines and details.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps for Reels/TikTok).
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and social media content creation.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, LinkedIn) and their content trends.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to catalog and organize content effectively.
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently.
Experience working with personal and client brands is a plus.
Hours & Compensation:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 10-20 hours per week with the opportunity for this to grow into a full time role.
Compensation will be based on experience.
