  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development and Delivery:

  • Identify training needs and skill gaps across all departments.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement effective training programs and workshops.
  • Facilitate and conduct training sessions, ensuring participants remain engaged and gain valuable insights.
  • Organize and manage onboarding programs to support new hires in their integration into the company.

Performance Evaluation and Monitoring:

  • Collate and monitor monthly performance evaluations to track employee progress.
  • Work with department heads to align performance reviews with training and development needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance, training, certifications, and development progress.

HR Support:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of leadership and succession planning programs.
  • Stay updated on training trends and best practices, customizing approaches for Lola Nena’s employees.
  • Provide support in other HR-related functions, such as employee relations and recruitment, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRDM, psychology, or equivalent.
