Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a High-Level Manager at Cadre Crew in Cebu. The High-Level Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Virtual Assistant services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a managerial role
