Overview

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for overseeing the recruitment strategies, stakeholder management, and supervising the daily operations of Talent Acquisition Specialists. This role focuses on optimizing hiring processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Functions

  • Strategic Recruitment Management: Develop, implement, and manage quarterly and annual hiring strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between hiring managers and the talent acquisition team, ensuring alignment on staffing requirements and facilitating smooth communication.
  • Supervision of Specialists: Oversee day-to-day operations of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs, set qualification criteria, and build a pipeline of candidates for future roles.
  • Data-Driven Hiring Decisions: Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire) and report on trends to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current hiring processes and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment solutions, ensuring a thorough understanding of role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Talent Acquisition Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Policy and Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and employment laws.
  • Employer Branding Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding efforts, including representing the company at job fairs, social media networking, and recruitment events.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in end-to-end Recruitment with telecommunications experience is preferred.
  • Candidate must be hardworking and can multi-task.
