Role

  • Plan, organize, direct and evaluate performance to achieve both short and long-term revenue, profit and other goals established.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met

Sounds Like You?

  • Strong sales/ business development background (3-5 years exp)
  • Advertising/ media sales (preferred but not necessary)
  • Strong command of English both spoken and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred as you will be facing clients directly
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proactive and able to execute projects independently with little supervision
  • Able to be a great team player
