Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Filipino Virtual Assistant to assist with backend work for our mortgage and production companies. The ideal candidate must be proficient in social media management, CRM, Canva for graphics and presentations, and have strong organizational skills to help with administrative tasks such as managing our Realtor program and building pitch decks. This position involves backend work and no direct communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) for both the mortgage and production companies.
Manage social media calendars and ensure regular posting that aligns with our marketing strategy.
Design eye-catching graphics using Canva for social media, promotional materials, and presentations.
Monitor social media performance and compile reports on engagement, reach, and effectiveness of campaigns.
Graphic Design and Pitch Deck Creation:
Design high-quality visuals, infographics, and presentations in Canva.
Build professional pitch decks based on project requirements, ensuring they are visually appealing and convey key information clearly.
Assist in creating graphics for marketing campaigns, client presentations, and other company projects.
Realtor Program Management:
Organize and send out communications to realtors, including newsletters, program updates, and event invites.
Assist in maintaining the Realtor CRM, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Manage webinar materials, onboarding packets, and create digital assets to support the Realtor program.
CRM Management:
Update and maintain CRM systems (FollowUpBoss and others) for leads and clients.
Ensure all client information is properly organized and segmented for future outreach campaigns.
Assist in setting up automated email sequences, newsletters, and other forms of communication through the CRM.
Administrative Tasks:
Support backend operations with various organizational tasks such as managing project timelines, maintaining databases, and tracking deliverables.
Assist with setting up workflows, managing tasks, and organizing files in shared drives for easy access.
Compile reports and data insights as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and scheduling.
Proficient in Canva with a strong portfolio of graphic design work.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software, especially FollowUpBoss or similar tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written English for clear and professional communication.
