We are a growing 6-Year-Old Amazon FBA business in the beauty/health/wellness tools category looking for a General Operations Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that will involve working on various tasks related to the daily operations of our business. Please note that there will be at least a 1-month probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Amazon FBA business, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve online sales.
- Work closely to understand business needs and goals and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity and make recommendations to improve online presence.
- FBA/KW Ranking Tracking/Logistics.
- Customer Service.
- Tracking Shipments.
- Manage Basic PPC.
- Social Media Outreach.
- Other miscellaneous virtual tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Track incoming/outgoing shipments of products, ensuring that inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their orders.
- Keep track of product performance and identify any trends or issues that may arise.
- Assist with creating/implementing/updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Participate in tea m me etings and provide input on ways to improve operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Proven experience in developing and executing eCommerce strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Amazon marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in an Amazon FBA business or similar eCommerce business preferred.
