Podcast guest interviews scheduling and follow-up
Press Release management - 2 press releases per month
Social media management within Zoho One
Newsletter formatting and publishing on Substack
Experience in publishing, book launching, marketing is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Complete a simple daily activities log
- Collaborate closely with the author and speaker to effectively run all aspects of the business
- Utilize Zoho One customer relationship manager software to streamline business operations
- Assist in book launching and marketing campaigns for the author
- Help design and develop engaging websites and landing pages utilizing Zoho One tools
- Manage social media platforms and execute marketing strategies within Zoho One.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Experience and proficiency in using Zoho One customer relationship manager
- Ability to learn book launching and marketing strategies
- Proficient in website and landing page design and development using Zoho One
- Demonstrated experience in social media management within Zoho One
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized with extraordinary attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
