About Us:Perfeltie Solutions is a growing software company offering a School Management System (SMS) that helps schools manage administration, attendance, fees, and communication more efficiently. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to help us sell this software to schools and educational institutions.
Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate leads.
- Present product demos to decision-makers and highlight key benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.
You will be selling our School Management System (SMS), which includes features such as:
- Attendance Tracking
- Fee Management
- Student & Staff Data Management
- Parent-Teacher Communication
- Mobile App Integration
- Private schools (small to large)
- Coaching centers
- Public/Government schools
- School chains
- 1-3 years of sales experience (education or software sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of educational software is a plus
- Commission-Based: Earn 10-15% commission on each sale, based on the contract value. No earning limit—higher sales, higher earnings.
