Perfeltie Solutions is a growing software company offering a School Management System (SMS) that helps schools manage administration, attendance, fees, and communication more efficiently. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to help us sell this software to schools and educational institutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate leads.
  • Present product demos to decision-makers and highlight key benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.
Product:

You will be selling our School Management System (SMS), which includes features such as:

  • Attendance Tracking
  • Fee Management
  • Student & Staff Data Management
  • Parent-Teacher Communication
  • Mobile App Integration
Target Audience:
  • Private schools (small to large)
  • Coaching centers
  • Public/Government schools
  • School chains
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience (education or software sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Knowledge of educational software is a plus
Compensation:
  • Commission-Based: Earn 10-15% commission on each sale, based on the contract value. No earning limit—higher sales, higher earnings.
