JOB SUMMARY

The Admin and Operations Manager or Enablement and Support Lead will manage the Enablement and Support Officers of Metrobank's Digital Banking Division.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that the Enablement and Support team continuously performs core systems support functions and
  • Ensure regulatory and bank policy compliance of frameworks designed and implemented for the Digital Banking Division
  • Lead teams in the design, review and improvement of policy, processes, templates/tools on program governance, people/culture, business operations and other support services that may be identified as needed for the Division and as response to evolving work environments
  • Effectively engage with the appropriate internal and external partners for regulatory and policy advisory support, and, for exploring any necessary alignments and policy/process adjustments related to product design and development
  • Drive a risk-based approach in designing the Division’s processes and provide team leadership in the resolution of any compliance issues and risk assessment/audit findings of the Division
  • Lead Safety and Security, Space and Real Estate Management, Contracts Management, Vendor Management, and Procurement

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of team management and leadership experience, preferably managing business support teams
  • Experience in the banking or fintech industry preferred but not required
  • Extensive experience in budget, contract, and vendor management, compliance, procurement, space management, and business operations
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodology
  • Must be willing to report onsite in Makati, Mondays to Fridays
