  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview

As the OPERATIONS MANAGER (BROKERAGE), you will be responsible for aligning operational strategies

with business development initiatives, optimizing workflows, and driving business growth.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA degree preferred.

CFA certification highly desirable.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within a brokerage firm or equivalent.

• A solid understanding of brokerage and investment industry regulations.

• Local Certification: SEC-licensed Fixed Income Market Salesman, SEC-licensed Certified

Investment Solicitor, SEC-licensed Trader.

• Valid license to trade stocks (local and international) is desired.

• Willing to travel within Metro Manila.

Competencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience in managing operations and

overseeing teams.

• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through strategic oversight and operational

management.

• Experience working with senior management and integrating investment strategies with business

development.
