We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Manager Virtual Assistant to oversee day-to-day operations and support key business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, operations, and administrative support. Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily operations, including schedules, meetings, and deadlines.
Track and monitor business performance metrics, reporting key insights to stakeholders.
Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense management, and budgeting.
Collaborate with vendors, clients, and partners to maintain strong business relationships.
Handle correspondence, email s, and communications on behalf of the business.
Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Perform market research and competitor analysis to support business planning.
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and tea m me etings to maintain a positive virtual work environment.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Manager, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar operational role.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and invoicing processes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with eCommerce, marketing, or consulting firms.
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
Experience managing remote teams or virtual workspaces.
