Your Role

As a Operations Manager, you will:

  • Leadership: Provide direction, mentorship, and support to team members in the Phillippines
  • Support the setting of individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Oversee daily operations and coordinate workflows to ensure projects are completed according to business objectives
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and team leaders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, summarizing team achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and work effectively with both team members and stakeholders
  • Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to identify challenges and provide effective solutions.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Experience working for an international company (ideally with US or UK headquarters) in the financial services or insurance industry
  • Experience managing teams in a professional services environment (management consulting/business research/advisory)
