Work set-up: Hybrid (3x a week onsite)

Schedule: Dayshift
Responsibilities:
- Lead smooth and quality-assured transition of application features from development to production environments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service operations
- Lead the development of the Operations Enablement service catalogue to further improve service delivery
- Run/Lead small to mid-sized projects related to operations
Qualifications:
- Degree in technology, software engineering or related quantitative field
- More than 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in technology and/or financial industry
- Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB)
- Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
- Experience with incident and problem management
- Experience in programming languages such as Java and/or Python is a must have
- Knowledge Snowflake is a plus
- Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (Qlik) is a plus
- Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira, Confluence
- Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile Framework e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc. (certification is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture, understand how the details contribute to that, and think through the cause-and-effect relationships that can create change
- Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Accurate, effective, and independent working style
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and confidently interact with business users
- Excellent communication skills and customer centric approach
- Very good language skills in English (written/oral)
- Knowledge about private markets would be an advantage
