Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles (with solid background in supply chain operations) within the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG industry, distribution industry.
- Strong business acumen with a history of driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in market expansion, product diversification, new channels.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
