Our client is launching a new Airbnb business focusing on obtaining permissions from landlords to list their apartment units on Airbnb. Their goal is to scale quickly by identifying prime areas and securing agreements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Obtain permissions from landlords to list their properties on Airbnb.
* Utilize scripts to collect and record detailed information during landlord negotiations.
* Cold call and generate leads to build a robust list of potential properties in prime areas.
* Manage Airbnb listings remotely, ensuring a high level of service and compliance with platform standards.

Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in Airbnb remote management and hosting.
* Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Willing to work during 8A -5P Monday-Friday CST (40 hour work week)
