We are looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant with expertise in Shopify, Digital Marketing, and Project Management to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and eager to support multiple aspects of our business, from managing Shopify stores to assisting in digital marketing campaigns and overseeing project timelines.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Shopify Store Assistance:
- Manage and update Shopify store content, including product listings, collections, and blog posts.
- Assist with basic Shopify theme customization (no coding required).
- Handle order management, customer service inquiries, and refunds.
- Monitor store performance, traffic, and sales using Shopify Analytics.

- Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, posting, and basic graphic creation (using tools like Canva).
- Help manage email marketing campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Support with SEO tasks, including keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and blog publishing.
- Assist in executing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) by helping with ad copy, tracking performance, and reporting.

- Project Management:
- Coordinate tasks and timelines for client projects using project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com .
- Liaise between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and clear communication.
- Assist with documentation, meeting notes, and task delegation.
- Keep track of project milestones and deadlines, helping the team stay organized and on track.

- Client Communication:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide support through email or virtual meetings.
- Prepare and send regular reports on project progress, Shopify store performance, and marketing campaigns.

- Experience with Shopify: Familiarity with the Shopify platform, including product uploads, basic theme adjustments, and store management.
- Digital Marketing Experience: Knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid ads. Comfortable with tools like Canva, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects using project management tools, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise between clients and teams effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using various online tools and platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic graphic design tools.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
