  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Account Manager (Hybrid Setup)

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary contact for all matters related to assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. You’ll represent the agency’s full suite of services, providing high-quality, engaging solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for client communication and relationship management.
  • Gather and interpret client information to craft precise briefs for the agency.
  • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and manage project timelines.
  • Oversee client budgets to ensure efficient resource use.
  • Pitch new ideas and solutions to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay current with industry trends relevant to your clients.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of Account Management experience, ideally in an ad or digital marketing agency.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying close attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with direct interaction is essential.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite (Monday and Thursday), 3 days work-from-home.
  • Office is located at: Ayala Avenue, Makati City
  • Flexibility required for client meetings or training as needed.
  • Must be open to working onsite at least twice a week.
  • Candidates seeking only one day onsite per week will not be considered.

Shift:

  • 9 AM to 6 PM
