  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

We are seeking an Business Intelligence Developer. Based in the Philippines, this position will be critical in driving efficiency and innovation across our global operations. You will automate processes, enhance business intelligence (BI) capabilities, and manage data infrastructure, leveraging existing tools, including PSA, RMM, Document Management, and AI/ML technologies.

Specific responsibilities may include:

Process Automation:

  • Lead the design and implementation of automation strategies to optimize business processes within our PSA, RMM, and other systems.
  • Integrate existing AI and ML tools to further enhance automation and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams across different time zones to deliver automation solutions that streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.

Business Intelligence (BI):

  • Oversee the development and enhancement of BI solutions, including reporting, dashboards, and data analytics.
  • Ensure BI tools support data-driven decision-making aligned with M7’s strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth.

SQL Database and ETL Management:

  • Maintain and optimize SQL databases to support the organization’s data needs across multiple regions.
  • Manage ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and support accurate reporting and analytics.
  • Monitor database performance and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Scripting and Automation Tools:

  • Utilize PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate routine tasks and manage system configurations.
  • Develop scripts that support system monitoring, data processing, and other business needs, ensuring alignment with our document management systems.
  • Stay informed of new scripting technologies and continuously improve automation strategies.REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in process automation, business intelligence, and data management within an MSP or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, database management, and ETL processes.
  • Expertise in scripting tools such as PowerShell, with experience in applying them within a remote working environment.
  • Familiarity with PSA, RMM, Document Management tools, and AI/ML technologies is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different
  • Experience working in an ISO 27001:2013 environment a plus.

  • Self-starter who thinks of innovative, faster ways to accomplish tasks.
