  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and billing information in our databases
  • Coordination: Liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to ensure a seamless service experience and timely resolution of billing issues
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding billing matters

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the DME or healthcare industry

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
