- Billing Support: Manage billing tasks by processing insurance claims, verifying insurance benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate billing for services rendered
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and billing information in our databases
- Coordination: Liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to ensure a seamless service experience and timely resolution of billing issues
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding billing matters
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the DME or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of billing procedures and insurance claims processing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
