Primary Function:
- Responsible for collaborating, overseeing and monitoring all related customer requirements to cross functional team.
- Direct responsible individual (DRI) or liaison to assigned Customer.
- Ensures that customer quality assurance services and final products meet and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Engineering courses, preferably ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degree
- At least with 2yrs CQE or related working experience in Electronics/Semicon
- With excellent communication skills.
- Can lead customer audits, internal audits and related quality management audits.
- Can effectively handle customer complaints with good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Capable in conducting, leading and generating: 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Integrating Customer Specs to Internal Specs.Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent in MS office application
- Knowledgeable in Minitab/SAS-JMP application
- Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage
- Project Management experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing process is an advantage
