This role can evolve over time, slowly adding tasks as it becomes appropriate and/or necessary. To start, the Underwriting role is one that involves data analysis and computation where you will be primarily assessing future property values by following the given Appraisal Rules. The CRM Liaison role involves responding to Realtors within the CRM via SMS and tagging each contact appropriately. There will be quotas to meet and standards that will be expected of you. You will be required to attend virtual meetings for accountability, team building and support.

Basic Prerequisites:
-Good working knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken word.
-Able to communicate effectively via Text (SMS).
-Reliable, high speed internet ( 300-500 Mbps download) and a dedicated computer.
-A high quality, noise canceling headset with microphone built in and a camera to engage in our meetings.
-A quiet environment to work between the hours of 8 am to 12 pm, Pacific time.
-Prior experience with Go High Level is a major plus.
