Your Role: Administration Officer

We are experts in all types of South Australian conveyancing, handling everything from residential and commercial property transactions to business sales and purchases. Our services cater to homebuyers, property sellers, real estate investors, and those involved in property development and subdivisions. With a commitment to providing comprehensive support, we ensure smooth and efficient processes for all your conveyancing needs. Whether you're planning to buy, sell, or develop, our experienced team is here to guide you through every step.

Providing support to the conveyancers which involves but not limited to:

  • Opening files into Leap
  • Sending Welcome Emails
  • Following up Story Sheets
  • following up commission worksheets
  • Balance of Deposit
  • Ordering Searches
  • Form 1 Follow-up
  • Inviting Bank to Pexa
  • Preparing Conveyancing Documents
  • Following up VOI
  • Preparing Adjustment Statements
  • Stamping
  • Answering phones
  • Sending Settlement Emails
  • Change of ownership’s
  • Prepare SMR’s
  • Attend Staff Meetings
  • Ad hoc tasks from Manager and Conveyancers

Qualifications

Describe the qualifications the staff must have in terms of skills and capabilities

  • Successfully completed year 12 studies
  • Ideally a certificate in administration or degree in business

Previous corporate/business work experience, office administration experience would be ideal
