Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring that HR practices align with the organization’s goals and comply with employment laws and regulations. This role focuses on fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee development, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and addressing employee relations issues. The HR Supervisor serves as a key resource for HR staff and employees, promoting effective communication and collaboration across the organization to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR service delivery.
2. Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
3. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts, facilitating effective communication and resolution to promote a positive workplace environment.
4. Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
6. Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws.
7. HR Administration: Manage employee records, maintain HR databases, and ensure accurate documentation of HR processes.
8. Compensation and Benefits: Assist in administering employee benefits programs and conduct salary reviews to ensure competitive compensation.
9. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review, providing insights on employee engagement, turnover, and other key HR initiatives.
10. Culture and Engagement: Promote a positive company culture and employee engagement through initiatives, events, and communication.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR roles, with 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
