Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years Account Management Experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of quality client service
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights using Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Account Relations & Growth
  • Securing Proposals, Contracts Billing, Collections
  • Stewarding Delivery/ Deployment/ Implementation of Contracts
  • Sourcing and securing of new accounts by pursuing new markets, profiling, and presentations.
  • Maintain/manage relationships with key strategic clientele.
  • Grow existing portfolio by identifying new-new with the cooperation of Business development, and/or existing opportunities utilizing penetration and saturation of existing clients
  • Maintain a database of clients, leads & deals, partners, and competitors.
