Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years Account Management Experience
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of quality client service
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights using Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Relations & Growth
- Securing Proposals, Contracts Billing, Collections
- Stewarding Delivery/ Deployment/ Implementation of Contracts
- Sourcing and securing of new accounts by pursuing new markets, profiling, and presentations.
- Maintain/manage relationships with key strategic clientele.
- Grow existing portfolio by identifying new-new with the cooperation of Business development, and/or existing opportunities utilizing penetration and saturation of existing clients
- Maintain a database of clients, leads & deals, partners, and competitors.
