Job Summary: Deliver exceptional service and support to clients by acting as the primary point of contact for distributors inquiries, account management, and operational assistance while ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support related to high-net-worth clients, distributors or institutional clients investment accounts, transactions, and account servicing needs.
  • Manage HNW clients and distributor’s onboarding and account opening processes, including gathering required documentation, facilitating account setup, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Respond to HNW clients and distributors inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to address client needs.
  • Process HNW clients and distributors requests, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account updates, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations and accounting to resolve client issues, escalate complex inquiries, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and correspondence in CRM systems and other databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with record-keeping requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve service delivery processes through feedback collection, process improvements, and technology enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • With atleast 3 years experience in customer service or similar roles within the financial industry, preferably fund management
  • Knowledgeable in capital markets, investment products and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapports and trust with clients
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in computer literacy especially Microsoft applications
  • Keen to details and has instant grasp on process orientation
  • Has sense of urgency and accountability
