About the role:
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our company and its clients. This position requires a dedicated professional focused on ensuring the seamless operation of project workflows, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. You will be tasked with handling direct communications, managing client relationships, engaging in document editing, and conducting follow-ups with clients to ensure project milestones are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage client communications across various channels, including LinkedIn, Gmail, and phone calls, ensuring responsive and high-quality interactions.
- Engage in document editing to prepare communications, proposals, and reports, ensuring all materials meet the company's standards of professionalism and accuracy.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and keep projects on track.
- Foster effective communication platforms for both clients and staff to streamline operations.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, driving new business opportunities and enhancing productivity and service quality.
- Identify potential clients through networking and referrals, and negotiate service contracts to meet business goals.
- Set and achieve service goals to exceed client expectations and enhance client experience.
- Propose and implement process improvements for better response times and service standards.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and client engagement strategies to boost brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Offer product and service advice, develop surveys for client feedback, and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Lead and support team members, ensuring they meet departmental goals and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Create departmental reports to analyze performance against KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and allocate team workload to ensure efficient operations and timely project delivery.
- Conduct team performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
- No specific requirements here, but looking for a highly qualified candidate (minimum 2 years of experience is suggested)
