  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

About the Role:

The Resource Manager is responsible for leading the Resource Management Team to ensure that all Resource Management services are delivered as per agreed service levels and desired outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates career and development pathways and close existing skill gaps across the organization.
  • Supports the Resource Management Head in providing guidance and recommendations on career and development pathways. Works with Human Capital Management to plan for career development and closed skill gaps of the resources.
  • Collaborates with IT units to identify the skills requirement for each Technology role, closing the skill gaps and development of learning journeys.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 + years in Resource Management
  • Strong experience in Project Management/ PMO
  • Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP) Certification and Project Management Professional Certification is Preferred
  • Willing to work in a Hybrid Set- up in Ayala Makati
