Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant (Internship)

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to manage guest communication, team coordination, and essential tasks for 14 rental properties. This role starts as an internship, providing valuable experience in the short-term rental industry, with the potential to become a permanent position.

Work Schedule:
Internship Allowance: $2 per hour (2-month internship)
Rate after Internship: $3.00 - $3.50 per hour (Salary review based on performance)
Holidays and PTO: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Guest and Team Communication:
- Respond to guest inquiries within 10 minutes.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance.
- Resolve guest complaints and manage damage claims.

Optimization & Monitoring:
- Optimize Airbnb and VRBO listings.
- Monitor security cameras and manage guest reviews.
- Create guest guidebooks.

Listing & Posting Creation:
- Manage new listings on Airbnb and VRBO.
- Design social media posts using Canva.

Purchasing & Inventory:
- Assist with vendor bill payments.
- Research and purchase supplies after approval.
- Support property research and business opportunities.

Additional Tasks:
- Handle personal assistance tasks as needed.

Requirements:
1. Excellent English communication skills.
2. Proficiency in computer skills and social media marketing.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and learn new tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with tools like OwnerRez, PriceLabs, ClickUp, and TurnO.
2. Creative skills in Canva for marketing tasks.
