  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Tenant Relations Officer is responsible for assisting tenants in complying with lease terms, agreements, and house rules established by the company. This role involves monitoring construction progress, overseeing pre-opening requirements, and ensuring timely store openings. The Officer also facilitates the smooth egress and turnover of spaces at the end of the lease term, including processing final accountabilities, security deposits, and refunds. Additionally, the Tenant Relations Officer builds and maintains positive relationships with tenants, supporting them in achieving sales, profitability, and business sustainability throughout their lease contract.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, and other related or relevant technical course
  • At least 2 years of working experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service, or equivalent; preferably with expertise in mall management, operations, or maintenance

  • Schedule: 6-day work week; rest day to be discussed
