Social Media Content Marketing VA - Virtual Assistant

Hello! We are very excited to find a “match” here with someone! We are based in Europe and have years of experience working with remote freelancers from the Philippines. We are looking for someone with years of experience in social media marketing. You must be a creative person, open to providing new ideas, and have experience with common design programs and practices.

You will be building a community and preparing content for two different sectors:

1. Social interactions & dating (knowledge of American and international celebrity news and gossip is a must).
2. Fitness and mental wellness (previous knowledge not required).

If you have previous experience growing communities, please provide details in your first reply (including the size of the community and your role in growing it). This could be a key reason for your hiring.

To be hired for this job, it is required that you:

• Are experienced with Instagram and TikTok inside and out (Reddit is a Big plus).
• Excellent English: copywriting skills with creative, youthful American lingo.
• ChatGPT: for writing assistance, corrections, advice, and best practices.
• Canva: for graphic design.
• CapCut: for video editing.
• Have a reliable computer capable of handling the workload.
• Have high-speed internet.
• Provide details about your internet/power backup setup.

Meetings and Team Communication:
It is essential that you have a quiet space to accept video calls. You must have a clear and high-quality mic/headset and webcam. Background noises like dogs, kids, or chickens won’t work for meetings.

Proactive Attitude and Behavioral Expectations:
We expect you to be proactive, bringing aligned ideas and initiatives to the team. When deadlines are set, we expect you to be early and prepared. It is not acceptable to be unavailable due to a power outage or other excuses when communication or work is expected. You have the luxury of working remotely, but you should act as if we are in the same office. You must also be ultra-responsible and responsive. The more we see that you are quick to reply and consistently say the right things, the clearer it will become that you are the best candidate for this position.

Availability:
Please let us know what other jobs you are currently working on and how much free time you can dedicate to this new venture. We are in Europe, and Its important to us you are available in our early morning hours (please calculate the time difference). Clearly say that you are available to work on weekends or NOT. Do not explain all the things you need to do on weekends if you cannot be available :D.
