Fastest growing accommodation agency in SYDNEY is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who can get things DONE !!!
We are looking for skilled individual who will become part of our FAMILY with environment where everyone support each other and be a part of our agency growing to the next level! . Experience in our field is an advantage however is NOT required as full training is provided, as long as you open to learn we happy to teach you, train you.
We are looking for someone long term/full time. You will be required to work 8 hours everyday (Mo-Fri possibly on Saturday as well or take turns on Sat). Long Term Part-time contract also negotiable.
You need to be availabe from 8:30am AEST (Sydney, Australia time)
Your daily tasks will include:
• You will be the FIRST contact for new, existing clients and partners, you will be responsible for building relationship with them in order to make feel comfortable and safe it stay in our accommodation! Advanced English and phone manners required. You will be picking up our diverted calls, you will need an up to date smart phone (iPhone or Android) where you will download the softphone app to pick up incoming calls, you will need a steady internet connection with a possible back up. Please test your Internet speed to see if your connection qualifies at www.speedtest.net , for optimal quality a recommended 100kbps of upload/download speed per concurrent call is required.
• You will be sorting and responding to email s. Creating and allocating task for other tea m me mbers to execute.
• You will be working & reporting to our Admin Manager
• Administering our PMS and CRM NewBook
• You will be advertising our available beds/apartments and assure maximum exposure of our listings (Create new advertisement or re-fresh existing advertisement on our website, Gumtree, Flatmates,etc.)
• Checking and updating our ads and above listings as required (every 30-60 min) to ensure advertisements are visible to potential clients and that we are dominating the first pages with our listings.
• Customer service: answer sales or support enquires (email , phone, FaceBook etc.) – full training provided
