Duties and Responsibilities
Lease Data Management and Analytics
- Manage the inventory of on-file sites from SAP-Flex platform with regular reconciliation with Network, RN and finance to ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of the relevant cell-sites data such as but not limited to and
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Network and other stakeholders in improving the robustness of the platform so as to include data and/or features that will prompt COL renewals within 2-3 months lead time.
- Collaborate with Leasing, Revenue Assurance Group, Network, Finance o the analytics of relevant cell-sites data such as but not limited to revenue, investment, rentals, fair market value, criticality of cell-sites including intangibles like potential problems with Lessor that will favor converting sites from leased to owned asset.
Timely Renewals. Contract of Lease are uploaded to SAP before expiry.
- Organize the SAP Data to identify the renewals and coordinate with the Leasing Manager in setting the monthly renewal 2-3 months leadtime in order to avoid shutdowns that results to loss of revenues and/or avoid penalties.
- Submits to the Leasing Manager and to the Group Heads the monthly performance of the various leasing teams versus the KRA'S related to timely renewals (renewals before expiry), cost-savings which is defined by reduction in the annual escalation rate.
- Ensure the immediate registry of renewed COL to SAP to facilitate timely payment of approximately 3B cost of rentals, CUSA, utilities and other bills related to leased spaces which would consequently avoid penalties and/or revenue loss due to shutdowns.
- Identify short term contract of lease to be converted to long-term durations in collaboration with Network, RN, Finance, Leasing terms and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Lessors, Leasing Teams and Finance in converting mode of payments on rentals, utilities, CUSA, etc. from recurring monthly/quarterly to semi-annual to annual payment.

- Identify and mentor talents/employees embodying the corporate values of commitment, integrity, fairness and accountability. 3
- Ensures engagement of employees to the transformation goals PFM defining the long-term strategies relating to corporate real Smart Communications, Inc. estate, facilities management and people development.
- Implements systems, standards and processes relevant to the job, initiates improvements, modifications or revisions or formulating new standards, system and processes when necessitated by experienced and/or emerging problems that hinders the attainment of the above-mentioned responsibilities, KRAs, and/or the transformation objectives.
- Ensures the revised or newly formulated standards, systems and processes are recognized by the management and/or the stakeholders such as but not limited to audit, SARBox, legal and internal clients.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Finance or related field.
- At least 4-year experience with real estate investments.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of data management software.
